Paulina Marzoch – Key Account Manager at Too Good To Go

I’m a graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Policy and Planning at Technische Universität Berlin. Bachelor obtained at the University of Warsaw, from the Faculty of Spatial Development. My academic performance was recognised and rewarded with scholarship for a year of studies at the LPP Erasmus in Berlin at Geographisches Institut of Humboldt University

Outside of the academic life I’m a highly social person with great interpersonal skills and capabilities to work in any environment. I was a member of a council managing the biggest equestrian school in Poland, which requires refined social affinity and the ability to adapt to a variety of situations. Apart from this organization I am an active equestrian with competitive achievements. My passion brought me to work far from home, once on ranches in Texas, then another time, on a horse farm in cold Iceland. This is a testament of my determination, as well as the fact that I am able to commit myself wholeheartedly.

In 2017 and 2018 I have been gaining first professional experience at Starship Technologies, an Estonian company leading the delivery industry revolution with sidewalk robots. I did not only learn how the environment of a quickly developing, innovative startup works but also developed strong organizational skills, communication and team working abilities.
